About the role

n

Lead the Hampton salon as a hands-on Salon Manager. Deliver waxing, tanning and skin treatments while coaching your team, managing daily operations and improving revenue, retail, productivity and client retention.

Duties

- Deliver waxing, tanning and skin treatments to brand standards
n
- Coach and develop therapists through feedback and mentoring
n
- Manage rostering, stock, inventory and wage performance
n
- Track KPIs and improve revenue, retail, productivity and retention
n




- Protect a consistent client experience from consultation to aftercare
n

Skills & experience

n

n
- Recognised Beauty Therapy qualification
n
- Proven leadership in a beauty or salon environment
n
- Confident with Brazilian waxing, body waxing and spray tanning
n
- Experience with KPIs, wage costs and stock control
n
- Transparent communication and hands-on coaching style
n
