Mytra is seeking a Senior People Partner to join our People Team in a quick-growing manufacturing and robotics environment. You will own core People Programs, from design through analysis to action planning and implementation, and act as a trusted advisor to business leaders.

You will manage HRIS, ensure data integrity, develop policies, and lead employee relations matters with sound judgment and strict compliance, including California wage/hour considerations for a mixed workforce.
