Job Description

Bastion Group in Melbourne is seeking an experienced HR Generalist/HR Advisor for a flexible, part time role (2 days per week). You will work closely with management to deliver practical HR support across the employee lifecycle.

You will handle day-to-day HR advice, recruitment, onboarding, performance and employee relations, and help develop HR policies to support a growing business while balancing work and life commitments.
