Job Description

Vocus in Melbourne CBD is seeking a Government Assurance Engineer to monitor, operate, maintain and support critical voice and IP network infrastructure within the Operational Command Centre. The role ensures availability, performance and resilience in a 24x7 workplace across voice and data services.

You will work with Engineering, Customer Operations, Service Delivery, Carriers, Vendors and Field Services to uphold service reliability and customer connectivity.
