You'll work as part of a crew delivering quality fencing and construction projects throughout the region, using modern equipment and well-maintained vehicles alongside people who take pride in their work and look out for one another.

Mine Site

n

This position is currently based on a mine site near Glenden, 160km west of Mackay, QLD. We have more than one position available.

n

TRM Fencing also operates across Queensland, delivering rural, commercial, civil and infrastructure fencing projects.

n

- Construct, install, maintain and repair fencing and associated infrastructure.
n
- Assist with rural, commercial, civil and construction projects.
n
- Operate hand tools, power tools and equipment safely and efficiently.
n
- Assist with site preparation, construction activities and project completion.
n
- Load, unload and handle materials, tools and equipment.
n
- Work as part of a crew to complete projects safely,



efficiently and to a high standard.
n
- Follow directions from supervisors and leading hands.
n
- Maintain tools, equipment and vehicles in a clean and serviceable condition.
n
- Contribute to safe, organised and productive worksites.
n
- Travel and work away from home as required.
n
- A strong work ethic.
n
- Reliability and a willingness to pull your weight.
n
- The ability to work well as part of a team.
n
- Physical fitness and the ability to undertake outdoor manual work.

- A commitment to working safely.

- Rural, farming or fencing experience.
n
- Construction, civil or trade experience.
n
- Machinery operation experience.
n
- Standard 11 Induction – or the willingness to obtain.
n
- Current Coal Board Medical – or the willingness to obtain.
n
- Relevant licences, tickets or qualifications.
n
- Above-award remuneration package.
n
- 10 days on, 4 days off roster including paid travel.
