Job Description

Victoria Racing Club (VRC) invites applications for a casual Workforce Coordinator to support the Melbourne Cup Carnival. The role focuses on rostering, staffing, and workforce planning for hospitality, premium dining, retail and event operations.

You will work with operations leaders to forecast demand, manage availability, and coordinate check-in on event days. Experience with HumanForce and knowledge of relevant awards is highly valued.
