Job Description

ALDI Stores Australia is seeking a Duty Manager to lead store operations, supervise shifts, and drive customer service excellence across the team.

You’ll open and close the store, guide colleagues, train recent hires, and ensure shelves are stocked while keeping everyone secure. This 35-hour week role offers a competitive hourly rate of 35.48 AUD, weekend availability, extensive training and internal career prospects.
