ABOUT THE ROLE

As a Metal Fabricator at Kennedy Welding, you'll play a crucial role in our operations, contributing to the high-quality standards that our clients expect. You will be instrumental in ensuring project success, working closely with a skilled team to deliver outstanding results in both mobile and in-house welding projects.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

- Perform metal fabrication and welding tasks as per project requirements.
n
- Interpret technical drawings and plans for accurate execution.
n
- Ensure all work complies with safety standards and regulations.
n
- Collaborate with other team members to meet project deadlines.
n
- Conduct quality checks and inspections on completed work.
n
- Handle welding equipment maintenance and troubleshooting.
n
- Assist in the preparation of quotes by providing technical insights.
n
- Participate in on-site visits to evaluate project needs.
n




- Maintain a clean and organised work environment.
n
- Continuously seek to improve techniques and efficiency.
n

WHO WE'RE LOOKING FOR

- Proven experience as a Metal Fabricator or similar role.
n
- Strong understanding of welding techniques and safety standards.
n
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings.
n
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
n
- Good communication skills and ability to work as a team.
n
- A proactive attitude and ability to work independently.
n
- 3+ years of experience in a similar role is required.
