Job Description

Heidi is seeking a data analytics lead to own Growth and Marketing analytics, building models, dashboards, and insights to inform campaigns and revenue retention.

n

You will embed with Growth and Marketing, shape questions into analyses, defend CAC budgets, and deliver actionable recommendations with trusted data pipelines using dbt, Databricks and Omni.

You'll work across teams, measure impact, and turn ambiguous questions into explicit, actionable paths with data you can trust.
