We're looking for passionate Group Fitness Instructors to join our coaching team as we head into an exciting new chapter.

The Role

- Deliver fun, challenging and high-quality group fitness sessions
n
- Create an energetic and motivating environment for every member
n
- Coach correct exercise technique and provide appropriate modifications
n
- Build genuine relationships with members and contribute to our solid community
n
- Motivate and encourage members of all fitness levels
n
- Help create an exceptional member experience from the moment they walk through the door
n
- Assist with gym/studio presentation and maintaining a clean, professional environment
n
- Represent the Conditn brand and our coaching standards
n
- Participate in team training,



meetings and professional development
n
- Potentially assist with events, challenges, social media and community initiatives
n

What We're Looking For

- Passionate about fitness and coaching
n
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including early morningd, evenings and weekends when needed
n
- Energetic, positive and confident in front of a group
n
- A strong communicator who genuinely enjoys working with people
n
- Comfortable coaching groups of different abilities
n
- Motivated and reliable
n
- Professional and well-presented
n
- A team player who is willing to contribute beyond simply teaching a class
n
- Someone who wants to build a career in the fitness industry, not just pick up a few classes
n

Requirements

n

n
- Certificate III in Fitness
n
- Current First Aid & CPR certification, or willingness to obtain
n
- Group fitness/coaching experience preferred
n
- Strong understanding of safe exercise technique
n
