Are you ready to take your career to the nextlevel in the fast-paced world of FMCG? Manassen Foods is on the lookout for a VendorReplenishment Planner/Integrated Supply Planner to manage and optimize thesupply chain processes for a key retail customer. You will be responsible forensuring seamless flow of goods across the supply chain, managing inventorylevels, and collaborating closely with suppliers, distribution centres, andinternal teams to ensure timely and cost-effective product deliver.

What you'll be doing

n

n
- Supply Chain Planning & Management: Develop and execute supply plans tomeet demand forecasts, ensuring product availability while minimizing excessinventory and stockouts.
n
- Inventory Control: Monitor inventory levels and adjustorders to ensure optimal stock levels, reducing holding costs while avoidingstock shortages.
n
- Supplier Coordination: Manage relationships with suppliersand vendors to ensure timely delivery and resolve any supply chain issues thatmay arise.
n
- Order Management: Oversee the order-to-delivery process,ensuring that customer orders are fulfilled on time, with the correct productquantities and quality.
n
- Collaboration & Communication: Collaborate with internal teams(sales, demand, supply, logistics) and to improve supply chain efficiency andaddress issues.
n
- Performance Monitoring: Track and analyse key performanceindicators (KPIs) related to supply chain activities (e.g., DIFOT, MLOR Stock)and recommend improvements.
n
- Cost Optimization:



Identify cost-saving opportunitieswithin the supply chain process, including minimum order size, transportation,warehousing, and inventory management.
n
- System Management: Utilize supply chain managementsoftware (e.g., SAP, Oracle) to track inventory, orders, and forecasts,ensuring data accuracy and timely updates.
n
- Risk Management: Identify potential risks within thesupply chain, such as disruptions, delays, or shortages, and implementcontingency plans.
n

Skillsand Experience:

n

n
- Proven experience in supply chainplanning, logistics or a similar role within the food industry managing largescale supply chains.
n
- Experience working with Coles orsimilar retail groups is highly desirable.
n
- Ability to manage large and complexportfolios with short shelf life would be advantageous.
n
- Strong proficiency in supply chainmanagement software (Infor M3/Blue Yonder preferred), intermediate to advancedExcel skills.
n
- Excellent written and verbalcommunication skills, with the ability to work effectively with internal teams,suppliers, and customers.
n
- Ability to manage multiple tasks anddeadlines while maintaining a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
n
- Ability to work collaboratively withina cross-functional team and build strong relationships with key stakeholders.
