At Healey Services Group, we're a family-owned plumbing and excavation business based in Bayles, delivering quality domestic & commercial plumbing projects across South-East Melbourne and surrounding suburbs.

We're looking for both experienced Qualified & Leading Hand Qualified Plumber who takes pride in their work, enjoys mentoring others, and wants to be part of a business that's growing with purpose.

n

This is a hands-on leadership position where you'll work alongside a small, experienced team delivering both domestic & commercial plumbing projects.

n

You'll be responsible for coordinating day-to-day site activities while maintaining the high standard of workmanship and professionalism our clients expect.

n

Your responsibilities will include:

n

n
- Leading both domestic & commercial plumbing projects onsite
n
- Supervising apprentices and fellow team members
n
- Installing hot and cold water, sanitary drainage, gas and roofing systems
n
- Reading plans and coordinating works with builders and other trades
n
- Ensuring projects are delivered safely, efficiently and to a high standard
n
- Communicating with clients, suppliers and our management team
n
- Maintaining a positive and productive site culture
n

n

We're looking for someone who:

n

n




- Is a Registered Plumber
n
- Has 5+ years' commercial plumbing experience
n
- Experience in excavation coordination, civil drainage or fire services
n
- Has experience leading projects or supervising teams
n
- Is confident reading plans and coordinating works onsite
n
- Takes pride in producing quality workmanship
n
- Leads by example
n
- Has excellent communication and organisational skills
n
- Holds a current White Card, Victorian Driver's Licence & Plumbing Licence
n
