Omnia Community Health invites applications for a compassionate Family Services Practitioner to join the Loddon Family Services team. This part time, fixed-term role focuses on delivering child-centred, strengths-based and culturally responsive practice to children, young people and families.

You will provide early intervention, case management and wraparound support, working with vulnerable families to build safety and stability while reducing statutory involvement.
