About the Chance

As a Partner, you will combine strategic influence, practice leadership and hands-on search excellence.

Your responsibilities will include:

- Build and deepen trusted relationships with Boards, CEOs and senior executives.
n
- Lead complex executive search assignments from brief through to appointment.
n
- Provide advice on leadership, succession, organisational design and talent strategy.
n
- Leverage your networks and market insight to generate new opportunities and grow the firm's presence.
n
- Mentor and develop colleagues, strengthening capability across the business.
n




- Contribute to the strategic direction and continued success of Fish Nankivell.
n
- Represent the firm through industry engagement, networking and thought leadership.

What We're Looking For

You may already be an executive search qualified, or you may be a senior executive looking to leverage your experience in a new way.
