- Carryoutgeneralbuildingrepairsandpreventativemaintenance
- Performbasiccarpentry,painting,plumbing,plasteringandgeneralhandymanwork
- Maintainguestaccommodation,amenities,publicfacilitiesandrecreationalareas
- Operatelawnmowers,brushcutters,tractorsandothermaintenanceequipment
- Maintaingardens,roads,fencesandlandscapedareas
- Assistwithrenovation,refurbishmentandpropertyimprovementprojects
- Respondpromptlytomaintenancerequestsfrommanagementandguests
- Maintainpools,pumpsandgeneralpropertyinfrastructure
- Inspectfacilitiesandidentifymaintenancerequirements
- EnsureallworkiscompletedinaccordancewithWorkplaceHealthandSafetystandards
- Maintaintools,equipmentandmaintenancerecords
- Supporttheoverallpresentationandoperationalefficiencyoftheproperty

Requirements & Eligibility

- Previousexperienceingeneralmaintenance,buildingmaintenance,facilitiesmanagementorasimilarrole
- Practicalskillsacrossmultipletrades
- Abilitytodiagnoseandresolvemaintenanceissuesefficiently




- Physicallyfitandcapableofperformingmanualwork
- Reliable,self-motivatedandabletoworkindependently
- Goodcommunicationandcustomerserviceskills
- Currentdriver'slicenceorwillingnesstoobtainanAustralianddriver'slicence
- Experienceinplumbing,electrical,carpentry,paintingorlandscapingishighlyregarded
- WhiteCardisadvantageous
- Forklift,tractororexcavatoroperatingexperienceisdesirable
- Previousexperienceinhotels,resorts,caravanparksortourismfacilitiesispreferred
