Viva Energy Retail is seeking an HSSE Business Partner to work with leaders across our retail network to embed protected behaviours and strengthen safety culture. You will provide coaching, guidance and practical support to State, Area and Store Managers to uplift safety performance.
The role involves site risk assessments, safety observations, compliance checks and coordinating with Operations, Group Safety and Security to implement HSSE requirements. Adaptable working and diverse leave are offered.
