Aspire Early Education & Kindergarten is looking for a passionate and dedicated Kindergarten Teacher to join our team at Tarneit North.

n

This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced ECT who enjoys working collaboratively across a service and can bring creativity, organisation and a strong focus on children's learning and wellbeing.

n

As this is a planning cover position across our Kindergarten rooms, you'll have the opportunity to work alongside different teams, contribute to high-quality programs and make a meaningful impact across our 3–5 year old learning environments.

About the Role

n

As a Kindergarten Teacher, you will:

n

n
- Develop, implement and evaluate engaging, play-based learning programs
n
- Provide planning and programming support across our Kindergarten rooms
n
- Complete meaningful observations, assessments and documentation
n
- Build warm and respectful relationships with children and families
n
- Support inclusive learning environments that recognise every child's individual needs
n
- Promote children's learning, development, confidence and wellbeing
n
- Work collaboratively with educators, teachers and Centre Management
n
- Support positive approaches to behaviour and classroom management
n
- Contribute to a safe, welcoming and stimulating environment for children
n

About You

n

We're looking for a teacher who is passionate, warm,



organised and committed to creating meaningful learning experiences for children.

You'll bring:

n

- An approved Early Childhood Teaching qualification
n
- Current VIT registration
n
- A genuine passion for early childhood education and children's learning
n
- Strong planning, programming, documentation and evaluation skills
n
- The ability to build strong relationships with children and families
n
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
n
- A commitment to inclusion, child safety and children's wellbeing
n
- Strong organisational and time-management skills
n
- Reliability, flexibility and the ability to adapt to different rooms and teams
n
- A positive and collaborative approach to working with educators and management
n
