What you'll be doing

n

As a Store Support Person, you play an integral role in ensuring that your store runs efficiently and smoothly, which includes:

n

- Receiving and dispatching of stock, including stock control / count.
n
- Keeping our customers updated on their orders, dealing with any queries as they arise.
n
- Banking, cash and purchase order management, as well as daily reconciliations.
n




- Ad hoc reporting and administration of the store's daily operations.
n
- Proactively managing potential risks in your store by conducting floor walks.
n

You are a diligent worker with good attention to detail, wanting to make a real difference in your store. Experience in retail would be a bonus, but what is more key is a proactive approach to your work, as well as a desire to learn.
