Job Description

Ciena is seeking a Technical Support Engineer in Western Australia to deliver in office and remote support for optical transport and network management products. You will analyze issues, propose solutions, and contribute to product improvements.

The role requires hands-on experience with OTN, DWDM, ROADM, and related technologies, plus scripting in Python. You will also create and review customer-facing docs, act as the main technical contact, and coordinate with engineering to resolve escalated
