Business Analysis & Delivery Skills(Core)

- StrongBA project experience of delivering regulatory or policy-driven change
n
- Strongexperience onFraud designing processes
n
- Functionalrequirements
n
- Non-functionaland control requirements
n




- Abilityto trace regulatory obligations through to operational and system impacts;
n
- Strongability to interpret legislation, rules, and industry codes and identifyimplications
n
- Confidentin challenging gaps, inconsistencies, or illogical solutions
n
- Able toconnect dots across customer experience, risk, operations, and technology
n
- Highattention to detail without losing sight of broader strategic intent

Domain Knowledge Required

- Fraudand scam compliance domain knowledge (strongly preferred)

- Experienceworking with:

- Riskand compliance frameworks
