Job Description

Lumia Care in Australia is seeking Community Support Workers to help elderly clients live safely at home across the West Region (Fitzroy/Point Cook/Werribee/Hoppers Crossing). You'll provide social support, companionship, and personal care with dignity and respect.

We offer mentorship, paid induction, ongoing training, and a Mon–Fri 7am–6pm roster with 3–4 days availability. Cert III/IV in Aged Care or Disability is preferred, and Nursing studies are highly regarded.
