What you'll be doing

- Greeting and welcoming patients to the Medical Hub in a friendly and professional manner
n
- Scheduling appointments, managing patient records, and assisting with general day-to-day operations
n
- Handling phone inquiries, emails, and patient requests efficiently
n
- Processing payments and managing billing tasks
n
- Coordinating with medical staff to ensure patients receive timely and efficient care
n
- Maintaining a high level of confidentiality and discretion when dealing with sensitive patient information
n
- Maintaining a clean, and organised reception area
