About the Role

n

As a Vehicle Delivery Coordinator, you will be responsible for managing the end-to-end delivery process from vehicle readiness to customer handover. This role is ideal for someone who is detail-oriented, organised, and enjoys working closely with customers and internal teams.

Key Responsibilities

n

Vehicle Preparation & Delivery

n

n
- Conduct final vehicle inspections prior to customer delivery.
n
- Ensure vehicles are cleaned, charged, fuelled (where applicable), and presented to the highest standard.
n
- Verify all accessories and customer requests have been completed before handover.
n
- Coordinate with the PDI, workshop and detailing teams to ensure delivery readiness.
n

Customer Vehicle Handover

n

n
- Welcome customers and provide a professional vehicle delivery experience.
n
- Explain vehicle features, controls and technology during delivery.
n
- Demonstrate key vehicle functions, safety features and infotainment systems.
n
- Assist customers with setting up vehicle connectivity, mobile applications and driver profiles.
n
- Answer customer questions and ensure they are confident operating their recent vehicle.
n

Delivery Support

- Confirm all delivery documentation has been completed prior to handover.
n
- Collect customer acknowledgements and required delivery documentation.
n
- Coordinate with Sales Consultants and Delivery Booking Coordinators to ensure deliveries run on schedule.
n
- Report any delivery issues or vehicle concerns to the relevant departments.
n

Customer Experience

- Deliver an exceptional customer experience that reflects Harmony Auto's service standards.

- Maintain a professional appearance and positive attitude at all times.
n
- Follow up where required to ensure customer satisfaction after delivery.

Administration & Compliance

n

n
- Update delivery records within the dealership management system.
n
- Ensure all delivery activities comply with company policies and manufacturer requirements.
n

About You

n

- Strong customer service and communication skills
n
- Highly organised with strong attention to detail
n
- Comfortable using systems, spreadsheets and dealership software
n
- Able to manage multiple deliveries in a fast-paced environment
n
- Holds a current Australian driver's licence
n
- Dealership or automotive experience preferred but not essential
n
