Sales & Leasing Campaign Coordinator | Real Estate | Full-Time

n

An opportunity has become available for a Sales and Leasing Campaign Coordinator to join a well-established real estate business and provide hands‐on support across a busy sales operation.

n

THE ROLE

n

Working closely with the sales leadership team, you will assist with the coordination of property campaigns from listing through to post‐sale.

n

Your day‐to‐day will include:

n

n
- Coordinating property marketing campaigns from start to finish
n
- Booking and managing media, advertising and signboard requirements
n
- Preparing property information, sales submissions, reports and client updates
n
- Maintaining property listings and sales databases
n
- Preparing buyer mailing lists and campaign communications
n
- Coordinating brochures, e‐brochures, newsletters and promotional material
n
- Liaising with photographers, printers, media providers and other external suppliers
n
- Preparing weekly campaign updates and sales meeting minutes
n
- Preparing marketing and sales invoices and following up payments
n
- Preparing pre‐listing kits and coordinating their delivery
n
- Assisting with property inspections, valuations and pre‐settlement inspections when required
n
- Responding to client and customer enquiries
n
- Assisting with pre and post‐sale administration
n
- Providing general support to the sales team as required
n

ABOUT YOU

n

We're looking for someone who:

n

n
- Has previous experience in real estate sales administration, sales coordination, campaign coordination or a similar role
n
- Understands the pace and deadlines involved in running property campaigns
n
- Is highly organised and able to manage multiple campaigns at once
n
- Has strong written and verbal communication skills
n
- Is confident working with databases, spreadsheets and Microsoft Office
n
- Has an eye for detail and strong proofreading skills
n
- Has an interest in property marketing and campaign presentation
n
- Is comfortable communicating with agents, clients, buyers and external suppliers
n
- Can prioritise competing deadlines without needing to be constantly directed
n
- Enjoys working as part of a close‐knit team
n
