Duetoexpansioninworkload,weareseekinganexperiencedImportsOfficertojoinourImportsteaminThomastown,Melbourneonafull-timebasis.

- Liaisingwithclients(nationallyandinternationally),carriers,ABFandAQIS&e-commerceplatforms.;
n
- Managing,compiling,andprocessingallimportdocumentation,includingassistingwithcustomsandquarantinepaperwork.
n
- Communicatingwithtransnationalclientstoorganiseefficientandon-timefreighttransportation.
n
- Co-coordinatingwithclientsandinternalstaff
n
- Cargodeliveryarrangement
n
- CompleteallrequireddocumentationinatimelymannerandinaccordancewithCompanypolicyandcomplianceobligations

- Followproceduresandcommunicateeffectivelywithinternalandexternalteam.

- Ad-hoctasksasrequiredbymanagement.
