Job Description

Kempsey District Hospital is seeking a Clinical Midwifery Educator to lead education in the maternity ward, supporting safe, evidence-based care. You will mentor and coach midwifery staff from orientation through to advanced clinical learning, coordinate programs, and work with multidisciplinary teams to uplift clinical capability and professional development.

The role is permanent part time, based on the Kempsey district campus, offering opportunities to influence practice and staff retention.
