Experienced New Vehicle Sales Executive X-PENG

As part of the Tony White Group, Brighton Auto is a busy, dynamic, multi-franchise Dealership located within the inner SE of Melbourne. Reporting directly to the New Car General Sales Manager, the successful candidate will play a key role in assisting customers with their new vehicle purchases while representing the Brighton Auto Group's portfolio of leading automotive brands, including X-PENG, Mitsubishi, Hyundai, MG, and SsangYong. This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a growing and dynamic dealership group, working with innovative products and a supportive, high-performing sales team.

Key responsibilities

- Positively interact with customers who are seeking to purchase a new vehicle
n
- Provide customer satisfaction while meeting Dealership profit and sales objectives
n
- Prospect for customers using mailers, the telephone, personal contacts, referrals etc.
n
- Establish and maintain a customer record and follow-up system that encourages repeat business and generates leads
n
- Introduce all clients (at point of sale) to firstly the Aftermarket Sales Consultant and then to the Business Manager/F&I; Manager
n
- Work as a vital part of the Sales effort to ensure collaborative and productive outcomes for every member of the Team

About you

- Driver's Licence is essential as there may be a need to offer test drives or call on Customers at their work or home
n
- Strong inter-personal skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to prioritise and handle a varied workload time-effectively, without fuss, and to a high standard
n
- Enthusiastic, self-motivated, results-driven, and passionate about delivering exceptional customer experiences
n
- Successful applicants are required to provide a current Police Check
n
- Must be physically in Australia and must be an Australian or New Zealand citizen, hold a permanent residency Visa, or hold suitable Full Time Australian Working Rights
n
- 5 Day Working Week 9:00AM – 5:00PM (Saturday included)
