ITI is looking for a Junior Payroll & People Officer to join our team at St Marys.

This is a genuine development opportunity where you'll work closely with our Group Payroll Officer and HR Manager, learning how payroll and HR operate across a multi-entity business with operations across Australia and New Zealand.

n

You don't need to know everything on day one. We're looking for someone who is keen to learn, asks questions, pays attention to detail and wants to build a career.

What you'll be doing

n

This is a diverse role with exposure to both Payroll and HR, including:

n

n
- Supporting the end‐to‐end payroll function across Australia, New Zealand and associated entities
n
- Assisting with employee changes, payroll queries, reconciliations and reporting
n
- Maintaining employee information and supporting our ELMO HR system
n
- Assisting with recruitment, onboarding, training and general HR administration
n
- Supporting workers compensation, compliance and HR projects
n
- Learning our systems and helping improve the way we do things
n

You might be a recent graduate, someone with some payroll, accounts or HR experience, or an administration professional looking to take the next step.
