Assistant Operations Manager - East Fremantle We are seeking a full-time Assistant Operations Manager to join our East Fremantle swim school.

n

This is an exciting opportunity for an emerging leader to play a key role in the day-to-day operations of one of our busy swim schools. Working closely with the Operations manager, you'll support staff development, customer service, centre performance and the delivery of our swim program.

n

You’ll be part of a passionate team dedicated to helping children develop life-saving swimming skills while creating a positive experience for families every step of the way.

n

About the Role As Assistant Operations Manager, you will:

n

n
- Support the daily operations of the swim school and ensure smooth centre operations
n
- Lead, coach and motivate team members to deliver exceptional service
n
- Assist with staff training, onboarding and development
n
- Build positive relationships with swimmers, families and team members
n
- Help maintain high standards of safety, compliance and operational excellence
n
- Contribute to centre growth through member retention and customer engagement
n
- Work collaboratively with the Operations manager to achieve centre goals
n

- Strong leadership potential and a genuine desire to develop your management skills
n
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
n




- Passion for customer service and creating outstanding experiences
n
- Ability to manage competing priorities in a dynamic environment
n
- A proactive, solutions-focused approach to problem solving
n
- Confidence leading and supporting a team
n
- Swimming Industry experience is highly regarded but not essential
n
- Availability to work one weekend shift each week
n
