About the Role

n

We're looking for an experienced Account Manager/ Client Service Manager to lead the delivery, growth and profitability of a key client portfolio at our Truganina site. This is a hybrid leadership role, you'll be the primary point of contact for client relationships while also driving the operational excellence, commercial performance and team leadership needed to run a high-performing warehouse operation

This role suits someone who's equally comfortable in a client review meeting and on the warehouse floor, a commercially minded leader who thrives on solving operational problems and building strong, lasting partnerships.

What You'll Be Doing

Client Leadership

n

n
- Build and maintain trusted relationships with key client stakeholders
n
- Act as the primary point of contact and escalation for client matters
n
- Lead regular business reviews and performance discussions
n
- Identify opportunities to improve client outcomes and grow partnerships
n

Operational Excellence

n

- Oversee end-to-end delivery of client programs and warehouse operations
n
- Coordinate cross-functional teams to meet service,



quality and timeline requirements
n
- Monitor performance data and drive continuous improvement
n
- Ensure operational processes and governance requirements are consistently met
n

Commercial Performance

n

n
- Prepare and review quotations, pricing and commercial proposals
n
- Monitor portfolio revenue, margin and profitability
n
- Support budgeting, forecasting and invoicing processes
n
- Analyse financial trends and recommend improvement initiatives
n

n

People Leadership

n

n
- Coach, mentor and develop team members to achieve business and client outcomes
n
- Foster a high-performing, accountable culture
n
- Support workforce planning, resource allocation and succession planning
n

About You

n

n
- Experience in Client Services, Account Management or Customer Service
n
- Proven experience working with warehouse/3PL operations, including labour planning input, workforce management and multi-shift team leadership sites.
n
- Strong commercial and financial acumen, including pricing, profitability and budgeting
n
- A track record of leading and developing high-performing teams
n
- Exceptional stakeholder management and communication skills
n
- Intermediate to advanced Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint skills
n
