Job Description

Aligned Leisure is seeking a Casual Duty Captain to oversee daily operations of our aquatic facilities in Cardinia, ensuring safety, cleanliness and exceptional service. The role involves coordinating staff, managing front desk activity and maintaining program timeliness across shifts.

The ideal candidate will hold essential first aid/CPR, lifeguard and Chief Warden training, with customer-focused leadership and a commitment to OH&S; and community sport values.
