The Vault Electrical & Security Group has over 20 years' experience in electrical and security requirements for commercial, residential, and industrial sectors. As our business thrives, we are looking for a hungry, detail-oriented professional to expand our client base.

The Role & Your Skills

n

You are a proactive dealmaker with a proven track record of winning business and providing accurate electrical project estimates with a high win ratio.

n

Exceptional ability to network, negotiate, and proactively close commercial contracts.

n

Minimum 3 years' experience as a Commercial Electrical Estimator, Cost Planner, or similar role.

n

Minimum 5 years' proven performance in sales and business development

n





Current knowledge of construction industry pricing and market conditions and construction methodologies.

n

A Typical Day

n

Actively prospect for recent commercial opportunities and drive revenue growth.

n

Develop and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients.

n

Prepare detailed estimates, quantity take-offs, and competitive tender proposals.

n

Identify project risks and negotiate quotations from contractors and suppliers.

n

Attractive remuneration package - $100K to $120K per annum.

Involvement in business growth strategies, working closely with senior management.
