What you'll do

- Deliver exceptional customer service from check-in to vehicle handover
n
- Keep customers updated on repair progress and service needs
n
- Manage bookings, invoices, and warranty claims efficiently
n
- Meet personal and team targets while maintaining high CSI scores
n
- Help customers drive away happy - every time!
n

What you'll bring

n

n
- Proven customer service experience (automotive preferred)
n
- Strong communication, organisation, and time management skills
n
- A genuine passion for the automotive industry and customer care
n
- Experience with EraPower DMS or Xtime (highly regarded)
n
- A current driver's licence and professional presentation
n
