Job Description

Department Of Health, Tasmania seeks Registered Nurses for permanent full-time or part time roles across community settings on Tasmania's West Coast. You will deliver comprehensive, person-centred nursing care in home and clinic environments, coordinating with GPs and allied health professionals to support chronic disease management, wound care and palliative care.
