Position Overview: /n
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Spray Painter to join their team on a full-time, permanent basis. The successful candidate will be responsible for preparing, painting, and finishing various surfaces using spray painting techniques. Key Responsibilities: /n

Prepare surfaces for painting by sanding, filling, and cleaning as needed
/n
Mix paint and other materials to achieve desired colors and textures
/n
Use spray guns and other equipment to apply paint to surfaces
/n
Ensure a smooth and even finish by applying multiple coats and using proper techniques
/n
Follow safety protocols and use protective equipment to prevent accidents and exposure to harmful chemicals
/n
Maintain a clean and organized work area
/n
Communicate with team members and supervisors to ensure projects are completed efficiently and on time
/n
Keep up-to-date with industry trends and techniques to continuously improve skills and knowledge
/n
Qualifications and Skills: /n
/n
Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Spray Painter in the automotiveindustry
/n
Experience with various types of paints and coatings
/n
Strong attention to detail and ability to produce high-quality work
/n
Knowledge of safety protocols and ability to follow them at all times
/n
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
/n
Valuable time management skills and ability to meet deadlines
/n
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
/n
Trade qualification in Spray Painting or relevant field is preferred
/n
