We are seeking an experienced Excavator Operator to join a busy, fast-paced industrial operation. This is a great opportunity for a technically strong operator who enjoys big hours, challenging operating conditions and consistent work.

You'll be working within a high-volume environment where precision, strong spatial awareness and confidence operating excavators with grabs are essential.

- Up to $12,000 in annual bonuses available

- Monday to Friday, 8:00am to 6:00pm

- Every second Saturday, 7:00am to 1:00pm

The Role

n

n
- Operating excavators within a busy industrial setting
n
- Operating static and rotating grabs
n
- Sorting, moving and loading materials efficiently
n
- Manoeuvring equipment safely around structures,



supports and restricted areas
n
- Working accurately within tight operating areas
n
- Maintaining strong awareness of surrounding plant, vehicles and personnel
n
- Completing daily pre-starts and equipment checks
n
- Following site traffic management, exclusion zones and WHS procedures
n
- Maintaining safe and controlled machine operation in a high-volume environment
n

About You

n

n
- Proven experience operating excavators
n
- Experience operating static and/or rotating grabs is essential
n
- Excavator Statement of Attainment / competency
n
- Previous recycling or demolition experience highly regarded
n
- Strong machine control and spatial awareness
n
- Confidence operating in tight and restricted areas
n
- Ability to remain calm and precise in a busy environment
n
- Strong understanding of plant and site safety
n
- Front End Loader ticket/competency highly regarded
n
- Full Australian work rights
