The Opportunity

n

As a Service Advisor, you will be the key link between our customers and our Service Department.

n

You will play an important role in ensuring every customer receives a professional, efficient, and positive experience from the moment they book their vehicle in through to collection.

n

Key Responsibilities

n

n
- Greet and assist customers when they arrive for their scheduled service or repair
n
- Understand customer concerns and accurately communicate vehicle requirements to the workshop
n
- Prepare service bookings, repair orders, and customer documentation
n




- Provide customers with clear updates throughout the service process
n
- Communicate recommended repairs and additional work in a professional and transparent manner
n
- Liaise closely with Technicians, the Workshop Foreman, Parts Department, and Service Manager
n
- Maintain accurate customer and vehicle records
n
- Follow up outstanding work and ensure customers are kept informed
n
- Deliver exceptional customer service and build strong, long-term customer relationships
n
- Assist with maintaining high customer satisfaction and dealership service standards
n

About You

n

n
- Previous Service Advisor or automotive experience is advantageous but not essential
n
- Robust customer service and communication skills
n
- Excellent organisational and time-management abilities
n
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
n
- Professional presentation and a customer-focused attitude
n
- Strong attention to detail
n
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team
n
- A positive attitude and willingness to learn
n
- Current Victorian Driver's Licence
n
