Yarraville Club is a leading community club offering a busy mix of gaming, sports bar, bistro, functions and entertainment. We're seeking an experienced hospitality leader who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about people, culture and delivering outstanding customer experiences.

While this role includes responsibility for our gaming operations, it is heavily focused on food and beverage service, leading teams and creating a great experience for members and guests across the venue. With a focus on entertainment and live sport your role will over see a 200 seat sports bar, 103 gaming machines and 150 capacity beer garden, providing a big variety on your work load

About You

You are a natural leader who enjoys developing people, setting standards and being part of a strong team culture. You understand that great venues are built through consistency, accountability and exceptional service.

You'll bring:

- Current Victorian Gaming Employee Licence
n
- Current RSA and RSG
n
- Hospitality leadership or supervisory experience
n
- Strong food and beverage knowledge and experience
n
- A passion for customer service and team development
n
- High standards of compliance and professionalism
n
- A positive attitude and willingness to lead from the front
n

Availability

n

This leadership role requires flexibility across mornings, mid shifts and evenings, including:

n

n
- Friday and Saturday night closes until approximately 3:00am
n
- Other night shifts finishing around 1:00am
n
- Weekends and public holidays as required
n
