Ignition car Centre is seeking an Automotive Service Advisor to join our growing team in Banyo, Brisbane.

n

In this full-time role you will be the first point of contact for our customers and service team. You will be responsible for service bookings, greeting customers on drop off/collection, communicating with customers for additional work to be carried out and accurately invoicing repair orders.

Key responsibilities

- Greet customers and understand their vehicle concerns and requirements
n
- Book vehicles in for servicing, repairs, inspections and diagnostics
n
- Prepare repair orders and provide accurate estimates
n
- Explain required repairs and costs clearly to customers
n
- Liaise with Workshop Staff
n
- Keep customers updated on repair progress and any additional work
n
- Obtain approval before carrying out additional repairs
n
- Check completed work and ensure the vehicle is ready for collection
n
- Handle customer questions and follow ups
n

- Automotive knowledge or willingness to learn

- Good organisation and time management

- Dealer Management Experience or willingness to learn

- Attention to detail and accurate paperwork

- Professional, friendly and confident manner
