American Express is seeking a specialist for the ICS Client Onboarding - Centre of Excellence (COE) to drive AML/KYC compliant onboarding for clients across ANZ, HK and SG markets. You will oversee SLAs, escalations, and EDD reviews while partnering with Sales, Compliance and Risk teams to ensure accurate entity contracting and high-quality client onboarding.

This role emphasizes policy implementation, coaching of team members, and ongoing process improvement to deliver a seamless client
