Job Description

St Vincent's Care Services – Eltham VIC is seeking a Registered Nurse for a Part Time role in the Community team. The successful applicant will join a dedicated multidisciplinary group at the Eltham Aged Care Facility, delivering high-quality nursing care to Support at Home clients.

Responsibilities include hands-on care, clinical assessments, medication administration, and contributing to palliative care. AHPRA registration, First Aid/CPR, and community nursing experience are highly regarded.
