Regional Insurance Brokers is looking for an experienced and motivated individual to join our Sunshine Coast team as a Claims Officer on a full-time basis .
n

Role Responsibilities n
Assist clients with lodgement of claims with insurers;
n
Data entry of claims into Insight system;
n
Provide advice to clients on best possible resolution;
n
Follow up of claims processes with insurers;
n
Ensure clients receive full entitlements from claim;
n
Answer incoming claims calls;
n
Handle under excess claims for clients including recovery.

have a high level of client service skills.

This an excellent opportunity for someone recent to claims - no prior experience necessary.
