Our client is a well-established Geelong industrial products and solutions business with reputation for quality, customer service and technical expertise. Following a sustained period of growth, the company is entering an exciting new phase and is seeking a commercial leader to help scale the business nationally. With ambitious growth targets and a solid operational foundation already in place, you will be instrumental in the company’s next phase of growth.

Reporting directly to the CEO, you will lead the evolution of a national sales function, driving greater accountability, forecasting discipline, pipeline management and revenue growth. You will coach and develop sales leaders and account managers, strengthen sales processes, improve performance visibility and help establish a repeatable, scalable sales operating model. This is a hands‑on leadership role, balancing strategic direction with active involvement in major opportunities,



customer engagement and team development.

You are an experienced sales leader who has successfully managed multi‑person B2B sales teams within industrial, manufacturing, technical products, to construction, property, or similar sectors. You are commercially astute, highly credible and known for building high‑performing teams, improving sales disciplines and delivering profitable growth. Most importantly, you enjoy creating structure, lifting capability and helping businesses achieve their next stage of success.

This executive leadership opportunity is based in Geelong, with an attractive executive remuneration package including base salary, bonus, vehicle and superannuation.
