Job Description

V/Line is seeking a Services Officer in Bendigo for a permanent, part time role within the Customer Operations Group. You will deliver outstanding customer service, sell Myki and V/Line tickets, and assist with passenger safety and station presentation.

You'll coordinate replacements during disruptions, support 24/7 rosters, and be prepared to travel to stations along the Bendigo line. Previous rail/transport experience is valued, and a Victorian Driver Licence is preferred.
