CUPRA Nunawading is part of a leading automotive dealership group in Melbourne's eastern suburbs. We're growing our pre-owned department and looking for an experienced sales skilled to join our team and help us deliver an outstanding customer experience from test drive to handover.

The Role

n

We're seeking an experienced Pre-Owned Sales Consultant to manage the full sales process for our quality pre-owned vehicle inventory - from initial customer enquiry through to delivery and beyond. You'll be the face of our pre-owned department, building relationships that turn one-time buyers into loyal, repeat customers.

What You'll Do

n

Proactively engage walk-in, phone, and online leads to generate pre-owned vehicle sales

n

Guide customers through vehicle selection, test drives and trade-in valuations

n

Maintain accurate CRM records and follow up on prospects consistently

n





Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets

n

Keep up to date with stock, pricing and market trends

n

Represent the dealership professionally at all times

n

What You'll Need

n

Proven experience in automotive sales

n

Willingness to work a rotating roster including Saturdays

n

A strong work ethic and genuine willingness to succeed

n

Excellent communication and negotiation skills

n

A customer-first attitude and professional presentation

n

Motivation to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
