We are working with an established boutique residential builder delivering high-end homes across Sydney's Eastern Suburbs.

Due to continued project activity, they are looking for an experienced Project Manager to join their team and take ownership of a number of projects from start to finish.

n

This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys working on quality residential projects and wants to be part of a close knit team where personality and culture are genuinely important.

The Role

n

n
- Manage residential projects from pre-construction through to completion
n
- Manage programmes, budgets, procurement, variations and project delivery
n
- Coordinate Site Managers, subcontractors, consultants and clients
n
- Ensure projects are delivered to a high standard, on time and within budget
n
- Work closely with a junior Contract Administrator / project support person
n
- Manage multiple projects as the business continues to grow
n

Projects are all located throughout Sydney's Eastern Suburbs and are generally high value custom residential builds.

About You

n

n
- Strong Project Management experience within residential construction
n




- Proven experience working on homes in Sydney's Eastern Suburbs
n
- A good understanding of high-end/custom residential construction
n
- Solid communication and stakeholder management skills
n
- The ability to manage multiple projects and competing priorities
n
- Excellent organisation and attention to detail
n
- A practical, solutions-focused approach
n
- The confidence to take ownership of projects and make decisions
n
