About the Role /n
As a Practice Leader , you’ll play a key leadership role in shaping service excellence by guiding and developing a team of Support Professionals.

This is a hands-on leadership position where you will:

Lead, coach, and mentor your team to deliver outstanding outcomes
/n
Model best-practice support and build team capability
/n
Foster a collaborative, high-performing team culture
/n
Ensure services are aligned with our values, purpose, and strategic goals
/n
/n
You’ll be central to delivering high-quality, person-centred support that truly enhances quality of life.
/n
Roster: Full time role worked across a rotating roster,
including days, evenings, overnights, and weekends.
