Ethical Dental is seeking a caring and motivated dentist to join our team in Coffs Harbour on the Mid North Coast of NSW. All of our lovely clinicians are booked 90% at least 8 weeks ahead. This opportunity would suit a clinician who wants to work 4 days per week and balance this with a great lifestyle. Our practice culture is future-focused (with an on-site digital lab) and strongly values continuing professional development. It would be ideal for someone who enjoys comprehensive dentistry, values long-term patient relationships and wants to practise in a supportive environment focused on ethical care and ongoing learning.

Key responsibilities

Provide comprehensive family dentistry in a way that builds trust and confidence at each visit

Develop and maintain long-term patient relationships

n

Collaborate with the clinical team on treatment planning for complex cases

n

Support nervous patients and help them feel comfortable
