The Role

n

As a Property Investment Manager, you'll take ownership of a mature portfolio, with a strong focus on client relationships, retention and portfolio performance.

n

You'll be supported by our administration, leasing and inspections teams, giving you more time to focus on your clients and proactively manage your portfolio.

n

We're looking for someone who knows their portfolio, builds genuine relationships with their clients and takes pride in delivering great property management.

What You'll Do

n

Build strong, long-term relationships with rental providers

n

Manage arrears, maintenance, compliance, rent reviews and lease renewals

n

Oversee ingoing, routine and exit inspections to ensure a consistently high standard

n

Resolve disputes confidently, including VCAT and Consumer Affairs matters where required

n

Contribute to client retention, portfolio growth and team performance

n

Work towards individual and team KPIs, including the opportunity to qualify for LJ Hooker Captains Club

n

What We're Looking For

n

Minimum 3 years' Property Management experience managing your own portfolio

n

Strong client relationship and retention skills

n

Agent's Representative Certificate

n

Current driver's licence and reliable vehicle

n

Excellent organisation and communication skills

n

Confidence using property management software and technology

n

A positive, solutions-focused approach

n
