Head Chef & Kitchen Leader - Aged Care Excellence Yarram & District Health Service Yarram, VIC, AUJob DescriptionYarram and District Health Service in regional Victoria seeks a Head Chef (Food Services Lead) to direct daily kitchen operations across aged care meals, ensuring protected, tasty, and compliant service under HACCP and the YDHS Food Safety Plan.
This leadership role requires a Cert IV Cookery or Kitchen Management and strong experience in high-volume catering.This role focuses on resident satisfaction, team accountability, rostering, budgeting and supplier coordination, with a team-oriented,Locum cover is required ASAP - ongoing.Shift times: * | 2 days per week (Versatile).
